Do you offer a member discount?
Yes! Museum members receive a 10% discount on most Museum Store purchases, both online and at our retail store inside the Museum. Online, your discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your account. In the Museum Store, our staff will scan your membership card or look up your account at the register to apply the discount.
How do I sign in to get my member discount online?
Click the account icon in the top navigation to sign in. Once signed in, your member discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Make sure you are using the same email address associated with your Museum membership.
How do I become a member?
You can become a member of the Museum of the American Revolution through our membership page. Membership includes benefits like free Museum admission, discounts at the Museum Store, invitations to exclusive events, and more. What is your shipping policy?
We ship to addresses within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout. Can I visit the Museum Store in person?
Absolutely! The Museum Store is located inside the Museum of the American Revolution at 101 South Third Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. The store is open during regular Museum hours. You do not need a Museum admission ticket to visit the store — just let our front desk staff know you would like to visit the shop. Plan your visit.
Is the online store different from the in-person store?
Our online store carries a curated selection from the full Museum Store catalog. Some items may be available exclusively online or exclusively in-store. Member discounts apply in both locations. If you are looking for an item you saw during your visit that is not available online, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
How do I use my member discount at the Museum Store in person?
When checking out at our retail register, let the staff know you are a Museum member. They can scan your membership card (physical or digital) or look up your account by email. Your discount will be applied to eligible items in your purchase.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Please contact us for gift wrapping availability. If you are purchasing a gift and would like it shipped directly to the recipient, you can enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
