This elegant tea towel features the names of major battles fought in the American Revolutionary War, from Lexington and Concord in 1775 to Yorktown in 1781. Printed edge-to-edge with battle place names in a font inspired by 1770s soldier's handwriting, it's crafted from 100% preshrunk Indian cotton and printed, cut, and sewn with meticulous detail in California.
Navy stripes and red stars in loose watercolor frame the top and bottom hems, while illustrations of a cannon, drum, and fife grace the center — the instruments sounded entering battle. Hand wash or delicate cycle in cold water. Do not bleach or iron. Air-dry only.
