Escape the heat with this aromatic spice blend inspired by centuries of toddy tradition. Our Summer Toddy pairs warm spices — cinnamon, bergamot, ginger, and cloves — with bright citrus notes for a drink that's equally refreshing served hot or cold, with or without spirits.
Each 3 oz package brews up to 3 gallons. Simply steep the blend in hot water with honey, chill, and serve over ice. Add rye whiskey and orange bitters for a classic cocktail, or enjoy it as a sophisticated non-alcoholic beverage. Hand blended and packaged in Charleston, South Carolina using cinnamon sticks, black tea, ginger, lemon peel, cloves, and bergamot. Shelf life is 3 years.
